I had made a quick search on the Internet and I was able to find out you are not the only one with this problem. The issue seems to have started with the last update. You don't have many options: or you wait for the new update to fix the issue, or you can use another VoIP application like: Viber.
Calling errors could be caused by the audio drivers or due to the program's bugs. It is well-known that the VOIP servers of Nimbuzz are not reliable and users experience disconnects all the time. The best way is to reinstall the application followed by a driver check regarding your drivers. If you still encounter issues, try contacting the support team via the contact form found on the developer's website.
